Welcome to trufamdrainage.com. By using our professional drainage solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a service.
TRUFAM SERVICES LLC provides professional drainage solutions, including site assessments, custom drainage system design, installation, repairs, and maintenance. All services are performed at the customer’s property and must be scheduled in advance. Availability is subject to change.
Customers can schedule an appointment via phone, email, or online booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. For larger projects (over $1,000), a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 14 days of the original booking. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Any additional services requested during the appointment may incur extra charges.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. No-shows for standard appointments (under $1,000) are subject to a non-refundable fee of 50% of the booked service price. For customers who paid a 30% deposit for larger projects, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled appointment within 14 days. If we arrive at the service location and are unable to perform the service due to lack of access, a no-show fee may apply.
Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon location and time. If the service requires specific property conditions (such as excavation clearance), customers must notify us in advance. Customers should remove any obstacles or hazards that may affect service completion. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Some drainage issues may require multiple solutions. While we provide expert recommendations, we cannot guarantee permanent results if additional factors contribute to the problem. We are not liable for any pre-existing property damage, including but not limited to structural issues or underground utilities.
Our technicians take the utmost care with every project. However, TRUFAM SERVICES LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden underground utilities, or unforeseen soil conditions. If any accidental damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.
We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, extreme cold, etc.) that could affect service quality or technician safety. If we anticipate a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible.
By booking a service, customers agree that before and after photos of their drainage project may be used for marketing purposes unless they specifically request otherwise. Customers may receive promotional emails or SMS messages, but they can opt out at any time.
We collect and store customer information solely for the purpose of providing services, scheduling appointments, and sending service-related communications. Customer data is never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes or claims must be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled in a Maryland court.
